Unlimited shelf life
Engines with mileage under 60,000 km:
- Add 5% of WINDIGO Universal Additive to the warmed engine oil.
- Start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes.
Engines with mileage over 60,000 km:
- Prepare fresh motor oil and a filter according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
- Add WINDIGO Engine Cleaner to the old motor oil.
- Start the engine and let it run for 15 minutes.
- Drain the old motor oil and replace the oil filter.
- Add 5% of WINDIGO ECO-Universal Oil Package to the new motor oil, mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into the engine.
- Start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes.
- Resume normal vehicle operation.
Manual and automatic transmissions (including DSG and robotized gearboxes):
- Add 5% WINDIGO ECO-Universal Oil Package to the transmission oil.
Transfer cases, axles, differentials:
- Add 5% of the Universal Additive to the transmission oil.
Hydraulic power steering systems:
- Add 5% of the Universal Additive to the power steering fluid.
Two-stroke engines:
- Add WINDIGO ECO-Universal Oil Package at 1% of the fuel volume.
Eco Universal Oil Package is an additive for lubricative oils that does not contain solid particles, can be used for all types of engines, hydraulic systems, manual and automatic transmissions and servomotor. Has neutral behavior in mineral and synthetic engine oils, hydraulic systems (HLP), and mineral, polysynthetic oils for automatic transmissions (ATF).
By virtue of ability to form solid layer that protects from wearing, it prevents direct contact, welding, and corrosion of metallic parts. Ensures roughness evening of metallic surfaces and unachievable before anti abrasive property that reduces wearing. The additive helps significantly increase lifetime of devices and mechanisms. Exploitation expenditures are decreasing and power is increasing. Energy conversion efficiency is also increased, which is achieved due to decreased friction and heat release.
Metallic parts movement towards each other always causes wearing. The wearing is the outcome of friction; oil application can only partially prevent it. In case of observation of surface that is perceived completely even under the microscope in reality resembles dissected by gorges mountain landscape. Therefore, all engine and industrial equipment movable parts wear out during exploitation. Parts` edges move against each other, as a result, friction temperatures up to 1800 С appears in micro areas. Under such high temperatures edges of metallic parts weld together, which causes solid connection, this in turn causes metallic edges to break off, consequently it leads to wearing off and shavings formation. Surface become more rough.
Eco Universal Oil Package chemically binds with metallic surfaces` molecules and forms new microscopic monomolecular protective layer, which prevents wearing of metallic details under friction. In result evening of all surface decreases wearing, it leads to unique unachieved before work quality under extreme loads. After smoothing the surface, it ensures practically perfect liquid friction state, almost completely avoiding dry, boundary and mixed friction (for example, when starting cold engine, excessive loads and high rotation speed). The most ideal conditions for surface are formed that allows mechanisms to work without friction and wearing.
